The tension is mounting now, just a few weeks before the start of INTERNORGA as the leading show for the whole of the hospitality market – this is when INTERNORGA traditionally publishes the latest results of the GV Barometer and highlights the future trends in institutional catering. The figures of the GV Barometer 2017 show a slight decline, but still a high level of investment by German institutional caterers. Nearly two thirds of all institutional catering businesses are planning to make investments this year, and view the future with optimism. 87% of institutional catering decision makers are confident that their investment plans for 2017 will be realised.
