The catalogue is available at the entrance areas and at the information points. After the fair, the catalogue can be ordered online. The exhibitor directory can be consulted on the website or via INTERNORGA-App.

An invitation letter from the trade fair organizers is no longer mandatory. 

The relevant conditions (documents, proof, deadlines, etc.) for the application for a trade fair visa shall be enquired from the competent local embassy or consulate. Please contact the embassy or the consulate in due time. The required documents must always be handed in completely!

INTERNORGA is a specialist fair dedicated to the Horeca-business. Access is exclusively for trade visitors.

INTERNORGA is a specialist fair dedicated to the Horeca-business. Access is exclusively for trade visitors. There will be no child care or children's program at the INTERNORGA. Children from the age of 6 will pay the student ticket price.

No, public transport (HVV) is not included in INTERNORGA tickets.

Yes. To use our online ticket shop, you need:

  • A valid credit card or invitation card; and
  • A working printer connected to your computer.

If you have any problems when calling up our ticket shop, please check your Internet browser settings to see if cookies are permitted.

Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible.

No, every ticket is valid for one person only. The bar code printed on it ensures that it is not possible for more than one person to gain admission at the same time with the same ticket or copies of it.

All steps in the online ticket shop are handled via a secure server link. Where payment by credit is necessary, this is done via Saferpay, an external secure booking system.

Yes. After completing and printing your ticket, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail includes a link for repeat access to the online ticket shop. Here, you'll be able to print your ticket again if necessary. Please keep this e mail until after your visit to the event.

No. The confirmation e-mail does not replace your online ticket. Its purpose is simply to acknowledge your online ticket purchase, and to inform you of your link in the event that you need to reprint your ticket.
