Europe's pizza bakers show off their skills - finals of the European Pizza Championship at INTERNORGA.

Live on 20th March 2017.

Europe's master pizza bakers will display all their skills at INTERNORGA, with pizza salami, funghi, margherita - battling it out live for the title of European Champion at the "Giropizza d'Europa". The exciting finals will feature the winners of the qualifying events in Rome, Rimini, Paris, Budapest, Amsterdam, Massa Carrara and Riva del Garda, putting the spotlight on Germany's favourite dish.

The pizza champions of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli will present seminars, tests and tastings throughout the fair, on subjects from selection of ingredients to methods of preparation and baking, for the perfect pizza. Find out more about innovative solutions to use in your own preparations.
