Brain food for the sector
2,200 experts and top decision makers in the food service industry travel to Hamburg every year in March to discuss future trends and developments at Europe's biggest conference for professional food services.
The international Foodservice-Forum on the day before INTERNORGA is a firm fixture in the schedules of all food service professionals who attend the trade fair. "Movers & Markets" is the working title for the 38th Foodservice-Forum, Europe's biggest conference for professional food services with around 2,200 participants. German and international speakers will be talking about consumer trends, competitiveness and success factors. Keynote speakers at the conference are Professor Stéphane Garelli from Lausanne University and John Vincent, co-founder of the British fast-food restraurant chain LEON.
The masterclass that is being introduced this year on "International Growth & Franchising" is another source of brain food.
