2. Why was INTERNORGA 2022 postponed?

The rapid progression of the fourth corona wave with daily new peaks in the incidence of infection does not currently allow a reliable forecast as to whether we can expect the situation to calm down in mid-March. Instead, a few more challenging weeks are promised, with increased sick leave in all areas of social life.

Therefore, together with the Exhibitors' Advisory Board, we made the decision to move INTERNORGA 2022 to calmer waters in order to be able to present the event in the usual quality.

3. Will my admission and the services I have ordered from Hamburg Messe remain valid?

Your admission with the access data and the placement remains valid. No further action is required on the part of the exhibitors, as the existing contract will continue to apply even if the trade fair is postponed. All services you have ordered from Hamburg Messe und Congress will also be automatically transferred to the new date. You don't have to do anything else here either.

You have the option of canceling your participation in INTERNORGA free of charge until 4 February 2022. The services you booked with Hamburg Messe would then also be canceled automatically.

4. My company cannot attend the new date. What do I have to do to be able to cancel free of charge?

Please send us your written cancellation by 4 February 2022 at the latest.

5. Will my participation be reimbursed if the trade fair is also canceled on the new date due to Corona?

If we still need to cancel the trade fair due to the corona pandemic, your participation fee will be reimbursed. This also applies if you have booked an all-inclusive package.

6. Will the costs incurred by booking additional services in the Hamburg Messe Online Service Center (counters, chairs, etc.) be reimbursed if the trade fair is canceled due to Corona?

If we still have to cancel the trade fair due to the Corona Pandemic, Hamburg Messe und Congress will not invoice the costs incurred for bookings via OSC.

7. Where can I find the stand assembly and dismantling times for INTERNORGA 2022?

The current stand assembly and dismantling times can be found shortly on the INTERNORGA website.

8. Which hygiene rules apply to INTERNORGA 2022?

Of course, we will adapt the hygiene rules to the current circumstances and requirements and inform you accordingly via the website www.internorga.com. The framework conditions for this are regulated in the currently valid Hamburg SARS-CoV-2 Containment Ordinance.

9. Does Hamburg Messe reimburse costs for services booked with third parties (e.g. stand construction companies, flights, hotels etc.)?

No, services ordered from third parties are based exclusively on the relationship between the parties who have concluded the contract. Hamburg Messe und Congress will not reimburse any costs in this respect.
