For contact data tracking, the data of all participants is collected via the ticket system.

2G+ Model

Access only for those who have been vaccinated or have recovered in combination with a negative test result. Participants with a booster vaccination, don’t need an additional test.

Masks are compulsory in all exhibition halls / closed rooms. The mask may be removed at fixed places and for hospitality/catering reasons.


Catering is possible at fixed places/seats.



Booth construction and operation

During set-up, dismantling and performance, masks are compulsory and the general hygiene and occupational health and safety measures apply. The respective employer is responsible for compliance.

In the case of multi-storey stands, design the area on the ground floor to be open enough to ensure sufficient air exchange or create technical solutions.

Sufficient hand hygiene facilities should be provided at the stands for staff and visitors.

Contact surfaces such as table tops and exhibits must be cleaned regularly.

Checklist Health and Safety Guidelines

Prompted by the requirements issued by the State and City of Hamburg, Hamburg Messe und Congress has developed a Health and Safety Guidelines document. The document will be updated in a continuous process to reflect the current conditions and ensure the safety of all event participants. You as an exhibitor are responsible for assembly and operation of your exhibition stand. It is therefore your responsibility to comply with the applicable regulations and oversee the people involved as well as operations at the stand. The following checklist will help you comply with the requirements.
