Exhibitor Opinions for INTERNORGA 2022

Food, Beverages, Coffee and Machines

Coca-Cola – Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland
‘Our motto for INTERNORGA 2022 was “Building Together”. It was noticeably quieter than 2019 – but it was a success and featured plenty of valuable discussions with our customers, as well as the common goal of building the future of the catering industry. We are proud to be able to support the industry as part of #gastrofamily. By hosting our customers, partners of the trade congresses, award ceremonies and industry talks, INTERNORGA is an integral part of our DNA. We look forward to INTERNORGA 2023!’
Jörn Esslinger, Commercial Activation | Partnerships & Asset, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland

Sander Holding GmbH & Co. KG
‘INTERNORGA 2022 could not have gone any better for us. It was a thoroughly positive trade fair and we were delighted to be able to be there again in Hamburg. We also found it invaluable to meet visitors, as well as new and established industry partners, and to be able to hold discussions with them in person. As a family business, we have been supporting INTERNORGA for decades and it is important for Sander to be there each and every year. On Monday in particular, our stand was “overrun” with visitors.’
Marc Niebling, Head of Marketing and Communication

Service-Bund GmbH & Co. KG
‘We are happy to finally meet customers in person after two years and to be able to act as a host. We are also pleased to bring the ExpertPartnership to life on-site with the Sander Group. So far, the trade fair has been great, with wonderful discussions and plenty of business at the stand.’
Lena Jost, Junior Marketing Manager

WMF GmbH – SEB Professional
‘The atmosphere at INTERNORGA was upbeat. The visitors were pleased to get together in person again. It is good to see the industry meeting up again, and important too. Monday and Tuesday in particular were extremely strong days for us!’
Axel Fähnle, Head of Global Brand Marketing

Kukki GmbH
‘We were very pleasantly surprised about the influx of people to the trade fair. The visitors just wanted to meet people again and get together in person. This is something that struck us. We had some good discussions and also acquired lots of new customers. It was perhaps less busy number-wise, but the quality of contacts was much better than in previous years.’
Andreas Romanowski, Founder and Managing Director

Restaurant and Hotel Facilities, Outdoor Cuisine

Deeken raumconzepte GmbH & Co. KG
‘We were delighted that INTERNORGA was finally taking place again. The huge rush of visitors was slow to arrive at first – this may have been because of our stand’s new location. But Monday was a complete success for us and we already know that we definitely want to be there again next year.’
Anja Deeken-Rickermann, Management

Rosenthal GmbH Hotel & Restaurant Service
‘We are happy! For us, INTERNORGA 2022 got off to a great start with a very busy Saturday. The underlying mood was always positive, even if there were occasional quiet periods in the halls. It was lovely to see how important getting together, networking and personal exchange were for visitors and exhibitors. And we are also very happy with our new stand allocation – INTERNORGA 2022 was a successful occasion for us.’
Peter Serra, Director Horeca Germany, B2B & Customer Experience

Steinnagel Outdoor-Möbel
‘With this being our first year at INTERNORGA, we have already been able to gather some important experiences and insights. Our stand is intended to feel like a beach club and put people in a good mood. This worked very well for us. Our two best days were the Saturday and Monday. We had lots of customers here and our stand was well visited. We are very happy with the positive response. We look forward to next year and hope for even more partying, even more guests and, with it, even more fun. We will definitely be back!’
Ronald Gwozdz, Owner

Kitchen Technology and Equipment

B.PRO GmbH
‘We are very happy that trade fairs are taking place again in Germany and that we are able to exhibit again and make our presence felt. INTERNORGA was also the first national trade fair we have appeared at since our change of name. An important appearance for our company, therefore. We held good discussions at our stand, both with existing customers and new ones. The Monday in particular was extremely pleasing.’
Hannah Bittigkoffer, Communication Manager

Electrolux Professional GmbH
‘We were actually rather sceptical at first. But INTERNORGA is the trade fair for specialist planners and the foodservice and hospitality market. We were then very pleasantly surprised about visitor numbers. The Monday went very well. As a company, we feel that our decision to exhibit here at INTERNORGA 2022 has been vindicated.’
Hagen Fietz, Sales Manager, Large-Scale Kitchen Technology Germany

Menu System AG
‘Menu System AG has been exhibiting at INTERNORGA for more than 20 years. Having gone without INTERNORGA and other industry meet-ups over the past few years has confirmed that nothing can replace personal meetings. The quality of contacts at INTERNORGA was excellent.’
Dr Paul Schneider, Managing Director / VR

RATIONAL Deutschland GmbH
‘We are delighted with the successful implementation of INTERNORGA 2022. In accordance with the highest corporate objective – providing the greatest possible customer value – we were able to welcome lots of trade visitors to our stand, provide information about our iCombi and iVario cooking systems, and offer culinary treats.’
Thomas Pfeiffer, Executive Vice President D-A-CH

Bakery and Confectionery

Konzeptwerkstatt GmbH & Co. KG
‘INTERNORGA was a complete success. We sensed that everyone was “hungry” for the trade fair. After two years of pandemic, the baking industry also needs fresh impetus. The NeTTworking Area we used to represent ourselves at the trade fair offered an overview of a few areas that are currently very important in the baking trade. Here, it was about new concepts in shopfitting, innovative snack solutions, digital solutions, technology, suppliers and much more. With Konzeptwerkstatt, our aim was to provide bakers and confectioners with a new port of call for straightforward exchange at the redesigned INTERNORGA. We also wanted to show that we are looking to the future with optimism and have solutions in this area. We succeeded. Visitor feedback was overwhelmingly positive.’
Axel Becker, Managing Director

Schmees Ladenbau GmbH
‘The influx of visitors was perhaps sluggish at the start, but it improved. We were happy with discussions at the stand. Many of these were of very high quality. We will definitely be there next year for INTERNORGA 2023. We already have some ideas for it.’
Norbert Schmees, Owner and Managing Director

Digital Applications

qnips GmbH
‘INTERNORGA could not have gone any better for us. The move to Hall A2 was absolutely the right decision. We had more visitors at our stand than expected and we were able to inspire them with our new technologies and progress in the digitised world. You could sense the good mood and joy in being together all around. And luckily, we noted that even the public holiday didn’t impact the rush of people. We are therefore among the happy exhibitors at INTERNORGA 2022!’
Tim Hemker, General Manager, Head of Partner Relations

Tobit Software GmbH
‘INTERNORGA 2022 was a complete success for us! This is thanks not least to our new location in Hall A2. Here, we were able to present ourselves as a real eye-catcher, which worked in our favour for familiarising the hordes of visitors with our technology in an easy and comprehensible way. We find it very telling how everyone enjoyed being together again. We were delighted with the excellent discussions between culinary experts and of course with the enthusiasm for what we had to offer. Ultimately, we can say that this year’s INTERNORGA was even more successful for us than INTERNORGA 2019.’
Niko Schaten, Managing Director

Specials / Special Exhibition Areas

Back Stage
‘The Back Stage appeared at a new stand location integrated into the stand of the Hamburg confectioners’ guild. This provided an excellent opportunity for discussions with visitors. The visitor numbers can be built on, as well as the programme at the stand, but for the first reunion, we are happy and are already looking forward to INTERNORGA in March 2023.’
Bettina Schliephake-Burchardt, Master Confectioner and Author

Markus Pagel Spirituosen HAMBURGER GOLD (Craft Spirit Lounge)
‘This is my first time at INTERNORGA and I can already say that we will be here again next year. I was able to hold discussions with visitors and other exhibitors, met interesting, fantastic people, and made some valuable contacts. I set up my own business only five months before the start of the pandemic. I am therefore all the more delighted to have been able to present my liqueurs at the trade fair and slowly make a name for myself – outside of Hamburg, too.’
Markus Pagel, Owner and Managing Director

Deutscher Gastro-Gründerpreis
‘After a two-year wait and a digital pitch last year, the five finalists of the Deutscher Gastro-Gründerpreis 2022 were finally able to present themselves and their culinary ideas in person to an expert audience at the leading trade fair for the entire foodservice and hospitality market on the first day of the trade fair. The atmosphere at the award ceremony was immense. A real party for the entire industry. For newcomers and established industry players alike. I look forward to the Deutscher Gastro-Gründerpreis 2023.’
Michael Kuriat, President, Leaders Club Deutschland

Oceanfruit GmbH (Newcomers’ Area)
‘We are very happy to have won the INTERNORGA Future Award 2022 with OCEANFRUIT. We are especially proud of the fact that our sea salads were not only acclaimed for being innovative, but also that European seaweed has been given the attention it deserves. Internorga 2022 has definitely opened up avenues for us as a food start-up.’
Lilith Gawol, Business Development, Oceanfruit

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. Lieferando.de (Packaging & Delivery)
‘It was the right decision for us to be at INTERNORGA. The visitors to our stand were happy to finally get to know the faces behind the Lieferando app. Until then, most had only known our delivery drivers. They have now seen the services, product ranges and technologies we offer in addition. Discussions at the stand were overwhelmingly positive. We were also pleased that numerous brands and partners met here with whom we have worked for a long time. On the whole, a great industry meet-up.’
Rosita Ribeiro, Regional Partner Marketing Manager Central & Eastern Europe

Too Good To Go GmbH (Packaging & Delivery)
‘What can we say? Our first time there and we have won the INTERNORGA Future Award straight away. That’s a fantastic feeling, of course! For us as an app, the trade fair was a great opportunity to make valuable contacts and to present ourselves to restaurateurs. The subject of food waste is a huge topic that is gaining in relevance. So we are all the more delighted that restaurants, bakeries and hotels showed real interest and were won over by the simple implementation. In conclusion: we will definitely be there next year!’
Angelina Bosse, B2B Marketing

Pink Cube
‘The Pink Cube has established itself as a fixed feature and visitor magnet. We are celebrating the ten-year anniversary of the cooperation between our research and development institute food & more in Kaarst and INTERNORGA this year. The mix of offers at the Pink Cube trend forum reflects the contemporary zeitgeist with lectures on international trends, as well as national challenges, and is a think tank for new ideas. Visitors often firmly plan the Pink Cube lectures into their day at the trade fair to find out quickly about the latest international trends, news and inspiration. We are thrilled by this!’
Karin Tischer, Food Trend Researcher, food & more, Kaarst

ProVeg e. V.
‘INTERNORGA was a huge reunion party for the industry and bolstered our sense of togetherness appreciably. We were able to see that interest in the many developments in the plant-based sector has shown a sustained increase over the past two years. At our stand between Halls A and B, we were able to hold discussions with a wide range of players from the foodservice and hospitality market. There has been a great deal of demand following our ranking as the vegan-friendliest restaurant chain and the V-Label. To see such pioneering change in the industry is thrilling for us.’
Katleen Haefele, Head of Food Services & Events, Corporate Engagement, ProVeg International
