You’re a third-time exhibitor in the Craft Spirit Lounge. Why’s that?
That’s easy. The Craft Spirit Lounge is a great place for both start-ups and established manufacturers to present high-quality, fine craft spirits. It also attracts a lot of potential customers who wouldn’t normally visit an out-of-home trade fair.

What are the advantages of the Craft Spirit Lounge for exhibitors?
The Craft Spirit Lounge offers exhibitors the chance to engage with customers, meet top decision makers in the restaurant and catering trade, make new contacts and build on existing relationships. We’re very pleased to be here again this year.

Can you give us an idea of the highlights you’ll be bringing along to the Craft Spirit Lounge?
I don’t want to give too much away at this point, but I will say this: We’ll be presenting a Swiss pine schnapps and liquor, which are part of our Raritas range, as well as our distiller Christine Kölbl’s organic orange schnapps and liquor. We’ll also be bringing along a rum in addition to our classic spirits. Plus lots of other surprises!
