Indoor and outdoor guest experience: INTERNORGA 2022 presents ‘Restaurant and Hotel Facilities’ at new locations and brings together the trending topics of outdoor cuisine and barbecue in their own hall

Restaurants and hotels have changed a lot in recent years. In terms of quality and sustainability, the demands of both guests and those in the field of interior design have increased. The interior, furniture and design must be coordinated to create an atmosphere of well-being. Whether it is colourful mix-and-match furniture, attractive table decorations or an abundance of plants in restaurants or hotels – restaurateurs and hoteliers can find ideas and inspiration at INTERNORGA. From 18 to 22 March 2022, the leading international trade fair for the entire foodservice and hospitality market will present all the latest developments in the worlds of furniture, tabletop design and decor in new hall locations on the ground floors of exhibition halls B1 to B4. In addition, for the first time, INTERNORGA will be presenting the trendy topics of outdoor cuisine and barbecue together in Hall B5.

The requirements for restaurant and hotel facilities have been changing rapidly for years. Guests expect holistic furnishing concepts that combine tradition with sustainability and modernity, as well asproviding an atmosphere of well-beingideally an ‘Instagrammable’ setting. With the ‘Restaurant and Hotel Facilities’ exhibition area,INTERNORGA 2022 will provide a big stage for national and international exhibitors in new locations. On theground floor of Halls B1 to B4, visitors can discover trendyrestaurant,barand hotel room furnishings and modern banquet furniture, as well asglasses, porcelain, cutlery, menus, sanitary equipment, lighting, bed and table linenand workwear.

Outdoor cuisine and Grill & BBQ Court the focal point of Hall B5
Adjacent to the Restaurant and Hotel Facilities area, INTERNORGA 2022 will, for the first time, present the trending topic of outdoor cuisine in its own hall. Numerous providers and manufacturers from that segment will be exhibiting new developments for all facets of outdoor cuisine in Hall B5. From appropriate weather protection and radiant heaters to functional lighting and sturdy floor coverings, cool planting and innovative furniture – the new outdoor area is the perfect platform to discover new ideas for restaurant and hotel terraces, gardens and the like. In addition, the popular Grill & BBQ Court, a long-term cooperation with Grill-Kontor Hamburg, complements what is on offer in the hall and in the outdoor area between Halls B5 and B7 with national and international providers from the fields of barbecue technology, equipment and catering. Here, products, trends and innovations from the entire barbecue segment are presented in an entertaining way, rounded off by a varied supporting programme featuring live demonstrations and tastings.

The fastest access to the ‘Restaurant and Hotel Facilities’ exhibition area is via the East (U-Bahn Messehallen) and Central Entrances. The easiest way to access the ‘Outdoor Cuisine’ area and the Grill & BBQ Court is via the East Entrance (U-Bahn Stephansplatz) or the South Entrance (U-Bahn Messehallen).

About the new INTERNORGA hall structure
Visitors and exhibitors will get to experience the comprehensive strategic redesign of all the INTERNORGA exhibition areas for the first time in 2022: newor expanded presentation possibilities and more stringent visitor guidance make the leading international trade fair for the entire foodservice and hospitality marketeven more diverse and are a contemporary reflection of the current market conditions.The ‘Food, Beverages and Coffee / Coffee Machines’ (Halls A1, A3, A4 and B1 to B4 Upper Floor), ‘Restaurant and Hotel Facilities and Outdoor Cuisine’ (Halls B1 to B4 Ground Floor, Hall B5), ‘Kitchen Technology and Equipment’ (Halls B6 and B7), ‘Bakery and Confectionery’ (Hall A3) and ‘Digital Applications’ (Hall A2) exhibition areas will put increased focus on the trade fair experience for all visitors and offeran ideal space for networking. Each of the diverse exhibition areas will be directly accessible via its own entrance.

INTERNORGA is expected to take place under 2G+ (vaccinated or recovered and tested) rules for all participants from 18 to 22 March 2022. If other rules in accordance with the Hamburg SARS-CoV-2 Containment Regulations apply at the time of the event, this information will be provided in good time.
