Trends and topics freshly out of the oven: Halls B6 and B6.1 at INTERNORGA will provide a full program for specialists in the baking industry and their suppliers. On the BACK stage, masters of the baking craft and young talented bakers will show their hottest ideas and processing techniques for flour, sugar, chocolate and more. The creativity competition “Süße Kunst” (sweet art) particularly targets confectioners. It awards the most creative work of professionals and junior employees. Two industry heavyweights will be part of the trade show again: BÄKO presents itself with its own digital booth and a specifically designed INTERNORGA exhibition app, while BACKRING Nord displays a huge variety of topics at its large booth.
