Whether food truck, gastro pub or classic restaurant, vegan or carnivore, truffle (pig), fusion or zero waste - the German Gastro Start-Up Award goes into the next round and is looking for passionate and creative start-ups from Germany, Austria and Switzerland for 2020, who enrich the gastronomy landscape with their innovative ideas.
This year again, a renowned jury of experts will select the best participants from all entries according to the criteria of innovation, profitability and founder personality.
The winners will then go on to INTERNORGA. There they will present their concepts at a live pitch on 13 March 2020. The attending audience of experts will select the main winner team from among the five gastronomic newcomers, who will receive, in addition to other tempting prizes, start-up financing of 10,000 euros.
