Trends and concepts for bakers' craft

Spotting the trends, taking the sales opportunites, developing new markets, and always keeping the right balance between expenditures and earnings. All that is important for any bakery moving forward, both for big chain bakeries and for small individual operators – they all need their own solutions.

The Blue Box at INTERNORGA is run by the specialist magazines Back Journal, DBZ weckruf magazin and Filialmanagement, in cooperation with Hamburg Messe und Congress, holding a total of 20 workshops to help you. They are practical, informative, and of course entertaining!
