Whether it is to enjoy a culinary experience, or network with other industry professionals, the Café FUTURE Live offers visitors of the INTERNORGA a great atmosphere for a quiet moment at the exhibition.

When entering the INTERNORGA exhibition site from the eastern entrance, you can hardly miss the Café FUTURE Live. The hospitality lounge is where industry professionals meet for a quiet moment away from the busy exhibition, while discussing the hot topics of the industry. After last year's successful relaunch, the lounge presents itself in a modern, yet timeless look.

The lounge will also re-host the informative industry debates this year. Journalists from the trade magazines foodservice and gv-praxis are going to interview experts about the hottest topics in the gastronomy and catering industry. One of the exciting interviews will be held with Dr. Thomas Ellrott from the institute of nutrition psychology at the University of Göttingen. He will discuss topics such as Future Food and the eating behavior of tomorrow's guests. Meanwhile, creative samples will provide for a great culinary experience. Café FUTURE Live will be open from 10am to 6pm on all exhibition days.
