This year’s INTERNORGA, which took place in March, brought a sense of optimism to the entire foodservice and hospitality market when it gathered the industry together to exchange ideas and celebrate in Hamburg. Planning for 2024 is now getting underway, with the majority of exhibitors already registered to attend next year. ‘We are still on a real high from the feedback we received at INTERNORGA 2023. That has given us great momentum for the next edition of the trade fair and we are delighted by the number of bookings, which is already very impressive,’ says Claudia Johannsen, Division Manager at Hamburg Messe und Congress.

New event formats set to return

Hamburg will once again become the hub of the entire industry in 2024, with numerous events and networking opportunities at INTERNORGA and throughout the city. The successful new Open Stage and OFF THE RECORD formats, which premiered in March, are set to take place again next year. The Open Stage impressed visitors with food for thought in various keynote speeches and panel discussions, while the new OFF THE RECORD Afterwork Lounge, open on three evenings of the trade fair, was also very well received. It will give INTERNORGA guests the opportunity to bring the day to a relaxed close and have a good time next year, too.

Hall planning gets underway

Planning of the Hamburg exhibition grounds for the upcoming trade fair started again on 1 June, so exhibitors who want their booth preferences to be taken into account should register without delay.
