Food and beverages
Tasteful concepts and refreshing ideas: Halls A1, A3, A4 and the upper floors of Halls B1 to B4 are all dedicated to the latest food and beverage trends. Thanks to improved hall layout, the motto from now on is "more space and more variety" - for example with the new trend areas. Here, bold start-ups meet the industry's top leaders and offer fresh inspiration for plates, glasses, and cups.
Bakery and patisserie
Presentation is everything – this applies for bakeries and patisseries in two ways: Nowadays, it's not just the baked goods that have to be visually and tastefully appealing; stylish store fitting concepts are also more important than ever to create a feel-good atmosphere for customers. From now on, visitors will therefore find groundbreaking impulses for the baking industry in Hall A3, in the direct vicinity of the coffee, food and snack concepts areas.
Kitchen technology and equipment
Larger, more modern, better: these were the priorities for the new hall planning - and this applies in particular to the kitchen technology and equipment segment. Halls B6 and B7 now provide an extended area for visitors to experience the new products in this segment and display the opportunities and benefits of intelligent and connected kitchen solutions in a forward-looking ambience.
Restaurant and hotel equipment
The demands on restaurant and hotel equipment are growing rapidly. INTERNORGA provides this sector with a large-scale stage and unites hoteliers and restaurateurs with the leading equipment suppliers worldwide. Coupled with young and innovative formats on the upper floors - such as the Pink Cube with trend researcher Karin Tischer - visitors benefit from future-oriented impulses and an outstanding experience in Halls B1 to B4.
The future of the out-of-home market is digital: How to plan resources efficiently and thus save costs with the use of digital solutions is highlighted by the newly created "Digital" theme world: From cloud-based checkout and merchandise management systems to automated service planning and self-check-in offerings - around 50 exhibitors will present global trends and individual applications of digital tools in Hall A2.
