times

• If you like to work after 22:00 hrs, contact the hall manager 12 hours in advance.
  • Halls will be locked at 22:00 hrs as a general policy.
• Any requests for early stand assembly/ extended disassembly times must be submitted in writing to the Trade Fair and Exhibition Technology Department and approved (see Online Service Center/ approvals and applications).
  • An entitlement of approval does not exist.

• Separate regulations are applicable to outdoor booths.
• Smoking is prohibited in the halls.

Please note: Empty packaging and waste should be removed from the hall daily.

• Applications for early set-up from Tuesday 2 March 2027 for stands of 90 square metres or more can be made for Halls A1–A4, Hall B6, and Halls B1–B4 (upper floors only).
   

All halls and all booths on the last day of assembly

• On the final day of set-up, Thursday 11 March 2027, all hall aisles must be cleared by 14:00.
• Empty containers must be removed or stored away in good time.
• Deliveries of exhibition goods and any work that causes dirt will no longer be permitted in the halls from 14:00 onwards.
