General stipulations

  • If you like to work after 22:00 hrs, contact the hall manager 12 hours in advance.
    • Halls will be locked at 22:00 hrs as a general policy.
  • Any requests for early stand assembly/ extended disassembly times must be submitted in writing to the Trade Fair and Exhibition Technology Department and approved (see Online Service Center/ approvals and applications).
    • An entitlement of approval does not exist.

  • Separate regulations are applicable to outdoor booths.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the halls.

booths larger than/equal to 90 m2

Please note: Empty packaging and waste should be removed from the hall daily.
 

All halls and all booths on the last day of assembly

All halls and all boothsThu 12.03.2026 7:00 - 15:00 hrs

On the last day of set-up, Thursday, 12.03.2026, all hall aisles must be cleared from 15:00 onwards. Empty packaging must be removed or stored in time. Deliveries of exhibits and work generating dust or dirt are no longer permitted in the halls after 15:00.

Please note: Empty packaging and waste should be removed from the hall daily.
