The International Foodservice Forum is Europe's largest congress for professional gastronomy. It takes place every year on the day before INTERNORGA in Hamburg. For the 44th time, foodservice Forum and Foodservice Mall took place during INTERNORGA at Congress Center Hamburg (CCH) as a joint event between Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH and the trade magazines foodservice and foodservice Europe & Middle East, dfv media group, Frankfurt am Main.
Some 2,000 participants were at this day full of action and information.
