2. Why was INTERNORGA 2022 postponed?
The rapid progression of the fourth corona wave with daily new peaks in the incidence of infection does not currently allow a reliable forecast as to whether we can expect the situation to calm down in mid-March. Instead, a few more challenging weeks are promised, with increased sick leave in all areas of social life.
Therefore, together with the Exhibitors' Advisory Board, we made the decision to move INTERNORGA 2022 to calmer waters in order to be able to present the event in the usual quality.
3. Which hygiene rules apply to INTERNORGA 2022?
Of course, we will adapt the hygiene rules to the current circumstances and requirements and inform you accordingly via the website. The framework conditions for this are regulated in the currently valid Hamburg SARS-CoV-2 Containment Ordinance.

4. Are the visitor tickets still valid?
Visitor tickets already purchased, and ticket codes redeemed online for INTERNORGA 2022 are still valid.
5. Can visitor tickets already purchased for the fair be returned? Do visitors get their money refunded?
If you bought your ticket before 21 January 2022 and cannot attend the new INTERNORGA date (30 April to 4 May 2022), the purchase price will be refunded without cancellation fees.
For a refund, please contact the email address below. In addition to the request for a refund, please also inform us of your bank details in your e-mail if the ticket was sold with a credit card.
6. What happens to redeemed exhibitor invitations (online ticket codes)
Redeemed exhibitor invitations (online ticket codes) also remain valid for the new date of INTERNORGA (30 April to 4 May 2022).
7. What about already booked flights, train tickets and hotels?
Hamburg Messe und Congress cannot provide any information about contracts with third parties. Please contact the airlines, Deutsche Bahn and the hotels directly.
