Cloakroom and lockers

Cloakrooms and lockers are available in the Foyer / South Entrance, Foyer / Central Entrance, Foyer / West Entrance and Foyer / East Entrance.

The charge payable (please note: cash or card required) at the cloakroom per item of clothing is EUR 3.50 (luggage: EUR 5.50).

Lockers are available in two different sizes:  27 x 50 x 39cm (WxHxD) and 56 x 50 x 39cm (WxHxD), on payment of EUR 1.00 per locker. Please have change ready.

The Cloakrooms are open one hour before the official opening hours until one hour after the official closing hours. Contents of suitcases, bags and clothes are not covered by insurance. Please check the general terms and conditions on-site.

Dogs at the fair site

  • Dogs are generally prohibited on the exhibition grounds. There may be exceptions for certain events, which will then be communicated on the respective event website.
  • Certified assistance dogs in accordance with the Assistance Dog Ordinance are exempt from the ban.
  • Dogs must always be kept on a lead.
  • The Hamburg Ordinance on the Implementation of the Dog Law applies.
