At the forefront - coffee specialties outside home

A quarter of total annual coffee consumption in Germany is already consumed outside home - with a strong upward trend - including in bakeries and patisseries. INTERNORGA 2024 provides information on the latest coffee trends on the market.

Cappuccino, latte & co. have long been coffee formats that are also popular in bakeries - both with classic baked goods and with unusual snacks. Special coffees have great trend potential and can sustainably increase business sales. At INTERNORGA 2024, visitors can find out what new trends, potential and growth drivers the coffee business holds for bakeries, patisseries, and cafés.

"INTERNORGA is the most important marketplace for innovation. That's why we are delighted to be back again in 2024 with our Starbucks brand. With fresh ideas and concepts for the food service industry, which will find an ideal environment in Hamburg. INTERNORGA 2024: It's going to be big," says Martin Sachse, Managing Director of Nestlé Professional, among others. Philipp Kocherscheid, Managing Director of Dallmayr Gastronomie Service GmbH & Co. KG, adds: "INTERNORGA as the leading trade fair and industry meeting point for the entire out-of-home market for many years is once again the perfect place for us to present our innovations and concepts."

The latest coffee trends have already been identified. Coffee fans can look forward to unusual creations such as bumble coffee, espresso with fresh orange juice, a café latte with beetroot or a coffee tail, a refreshing coffee cocktail with the little extra. And anyone looking for the latest fully automatic coffee or portafilter machines will find those among the more than 30 suppliers from this sector at INTERNORGA.
