What is there to discover?

In the "Food and Beverages" exhibition area, well-known national and international companies such as Dallmayr, Wolf Butterback and Vandemoortele will present their new products. In Halls A1, A3 and A4, as well as on the upper floor of Halls B1, B2 and B4, trade visitors from cafés, confectioners or bakeries will find what they are looking for and can discover a unique variety of new product highlights and the F&B trends of tomorrow.

Vegan food and baked goods are in demand as never before. Anyone who wants to get an overview here is in exactly the right place at INTERNORGA. Exhibitors will be showing suitable ideas for a plant-based range of products for the baking trade. The long-standing INTERNORGA partner ProVeg will also be providing advice on questions about vegan baked goods or confectionery.

Convenience products are popular with many bakeries that offer snacks. Exhibitors from the industry prove that these are uncomplicated to prepare and equally tasty. From wraps to focaccia, ciabatta to tarte flambée, the exhibitors offer contemporary snack ideas that enliven the business.

The Craft Coffee Area offers new impulses especially for bakeries, confectioners and cafés and shows the Germans' favourite hot drink in unexpected facets - for example as refreshing coffee cocktails or colourful cappuccino specialities with matcha or beetroot. Those looking for new products in the coffee machine segment will not be disappointed here either. Would you prefer a chic portafilter that will make every barista jealous, or a fully automatic coffee machine of the latest generation? Interested parties will find exactly the right machine for their business here.

The Digital Applications section brings together helpful and intelligent offers that help to master the current challenges of the industry and to make one's own business fit for the future. The range of possible applications of digital tools for the baking industry is limitless - and ranges from cash register and merchandise management systems, waste management or personnel planning software to ordering apps and the like.

There is even more technology to discover in Halls B6 and B7 on the subject of kitchen technology and equipment. Of particular interest for bakeries with a snack range are, for example, small combi ovens and high-speed ovens that can prepare all kinds of snacks in no time at all and saving energy. In addition, it is worth discovering the wide range of modern display cases and counters.

All those who are looking for furnishing and equipment highlights make a detour to Halls B1 – B4 EG. Here you will find tasteful ideas ranging from crockery, cutlery, tables and chairs to accessories for a special ambience.

Visitors can experience the latest product solutions for implementing the new reusable packaging regulations in the Packaging & Delivery section on the first floor of Hall B3.
