Convenience products are popular with many bakeries that offer snacks. Exhibitors from the industry prove that these are uncomplicated to prepare and equally tasty. From wraps to focaccia, ciabatta to tarte flambée, the exhibitors offer contemporary snack ideas that enliven the business.

The Craft Coffee Area offers new impulses especially for bakeries, confectioners and cafés and shows the Germans' favourite hot drink in unexpected facets - for example as refreshing coffee cocktails or colourful cappuccino specialities with matcha or beetroot.
