New world of INTERNORGA - New hall structure offers more possibilities to demonstrate trends in the out of home market

INTERNORGA will be even more interesting and diverse in 2022 with the new hall layout. Optimized exhibition areas, new presentation options and more stringent visitor guidance. Here is an overview of the new hall structure.

From March 18 to 22 in 2022, INTERNORGA is once again looking forward to welcoming guests. In doing so, INTERNORGA is not only focusing on trends and partners, but above all putting the "trade fair" experience more clearly in the spotlight. The new and modern division of the exhibition areas generates synergies and partnerships.

In search of trends and inspiration, restaurateurs will find everything to do with "restaurant and hotel equipment" and outdoor highlights in Halls B1 to B4. Specials and innovative exhibition formats, the popular Newcomers Area, the Pink Cube trend incubator and the Craft Spirit Lounge are also housed here, providing space for discourse and showing what will move the industry in the future.

At the same time, the "Food and Beverages" area in Halls A1, A3 and A4, as well as on the upper floors of Halls B1 to B4, also offers a variety of opportunities for discovery. Whether food and nutrition trends, culinary snacks and unique products from the beverage industry - news can be discovered here.

The "Kitchen Technology and Equipment" area will get a new home in Halls B5, B6 and B7. Digitization, automation, robotics and much more - visitors will experience everything worth knowing about state-of-the-art kitchen systems here.

Topicality and the future will also meet in the "POS systems and digital applications" area. In Hall A2, the newly created digital area will bring together all the players in the digital world for the first time, making it the central contact point for visitors. Here, at the latest, visitors will quickly realize that digitization is part of the out-of-home market.

A new home is also ready for the "baking trade" to exploit even more potential and opportunities. In Hall A3, at the West Entrance and in direct proximity to coffee, snack concepts and food, the art of baking and confectionery will find its new home.

One thing is already certain: there will be plenty of room for exchange and the discovery of innovations and creative ideas to make INTERNORGA in 2022 even more unique and enjoyable.
