Your participation
Participation is free of charge. Costs of postage, transportation and insurance are to be borne by the entrant.
Product submission
- Products sent in must be sufficiently insured by the respective participant, in particular for fire, theft, breakage and damage.
- The organiser shall bear no liability for damage or loss of the work and documents submitted.
- Permissible competition products are systems, complete facilities, or individual parts (components) or concepts. All entries must have been developed to market readiness or be ready for market launch in the near future, and must not have been in the market for more than two years.
- Prototypes are not acceptable.
- All products must be submitted on request as specimens for the two-stage selection process. Where innovations cannot be provided as specimens, references are required.
- Costs of travel, accommodation, living expenses and costs of product presentation shall be borne by the respective entrants.
Intellectual property rights / Use of publication
All intellectual property rights are retained by the respective entrant. Entrants shall grant Hamburg Messe the right to report on the competition items in the course of communication concerning the INTERNORGA Future Award up to 2018 and beyond. The same shall apply to any images submitted and to the result of the competition.
Marking and declaration of intellectual property
In the case of products where the intellectual property rights are not held solely by the entrant, written consent of the holder of such intellectual property rights must be enclosed. Such consent must also be provided for press publications relating to the competition.
