The beautiful new world of kitchen technology

Every kitchen professional knows that the kitchen is the heart of every gastronomic concept. Yet modern kitchen technology today must do much more. INTERNORGA 2024 will provide a comprehensive overview of the right equipment in the “Kitchen Technology and Equipment” exhibition area.

The world of kitchen technology is colorful and diverse: robotics, connected kitchen technology, automated cooking and baking using Artificial Intelligence (AI), resource-efficient dishwashing technology, front-cooking solutions, smart combination steamers, induction stoves, and high-speed ovens. Modern technologies and forward-looking solutions are more in demand than ever, as they assist gastronomic businesses in overcoming the significant challenges of our time. It’s hard to keep track of it all. INTERNORGA 2024 provides relief with its large “Kitchen Technology and Equipment” exhibition area.

More than 250 national and international exhibitors will showcase their innovations in energy- and resource-saving appliances as well as intelligent solutions in the field of AI and robotics. Renowned kitchen technology manufacturers have already announced that they will be presenting world premieres at INTERNORGA 2024. Middleby Germany, for example, will introduce concepts and solutions for areas such as pizza and pasta, grilling, high-end dining, as well as bakery, café, and bar. Rational promises exciting innovations that support professionals in the gastronomy sector, Welbilt Deutschland GmbH pledges to showcase future-oriented approaches at its booth that overcome current challenges, and Hobart will be showing particularly economical and efficient warewashing solutions for various applications.

The diverse product range will also be complemented by numerous networking opportunities, such as the INTERNORGA Open Stage or the AI Center, both of which ensure targeted knowledge transfer and exchange within the industry.
