Back-Stage and Confectioners Guild Hamburg, hall A3
Masters and young talents from the Hamburg confectioners' guild show how creative and demanding their craft is. Special techniques for processing sugar, chocolate, marzipan and co. will be presented live on the Back Stage. Bettina Schliephake-Burchardt, foreman of the confectioners' guild in Hamburg and successful TV presenter ('The Big Bake' and 'The Big Celebrity Bake') provides practical tips and suggestions, among other things.
