The whole world of food and beverages under one roof

Find everything on food & beverages under one roof? That is possible at INTERNORGA 2023: The largest exhibitor area "Food & Beverages" will become even more diverse and colourful in 2023. Here, all trade visitors will find what they are looking for and discover the latest trends in food and drinks.

Visitors to INTERNORGA 2023 can look forward to: the largest exhibition area, "Food and Beverages" will be even more colourful and diverse than ever before from 10 to 14 March 2023. In Halls A1, A3 and A4, as well as on the upper floor of Halls B1, B2 and B4, everything will revolve around tasty food, crisp snacks, sparkling and refreshing drinks, artisanal spirits and fragrant coffee variations. Whether classic gastronomy, quick service, bar, coffee shop, cafés or bakeries offering snacks, everyone will find what they are looking for. Well-known national and international companies such as Dallmayr and Unilever as well as newcomers present their new products. If you are looking for ideas for your own plant-based offer, you can look forward to a large number of exhibitors who have refined meat, poultry and fish alternatives in their luggage. Those interested in convenience products will also get their money's worth. There are also new products in the classic burger, pizza, pasta and snacks sectors.

Those looking for inspiration in beverages can not only get information from the well-known soft drink manufacturers, such as Coca-Cola or Red Bull, but also discover the unique coffee variety and specialties in the Craft Coffee Area. If the drink is to come with ‘spirit’, a detour to the Craft Spirit Lounge is recommended. Here, selected spirits producers exhibit the finest spirits and brandies. All handcrafted, of course.

The Newcomers Area also promises inspiration. Every year, around 20 startups present their innovations to a larger audience for the first time. Definitely worth a detour.
