Fuel for the future - The advent of a new hospitality world

No INTERNORGA year is complete without the industry's top-class congress, the International Foodservice Forum. A glance at the programme reveals: plenty of fuel for the future on Friday, 29 April.

After two years of reduced exchange, Europe's largest congress for professional gastronomy is celebrating its comeback in presence. Lots of brain food for visitors and listeners - or as the motto of the 40th International Foodservice Forum promises: "Fuel for the future - The advent of a new hospitality world ".

Which market potentials are crystallising? What success factors are important in the industry? And how are consumers reacting to the increasing sustainability trend? The programme is diverse, future-oriented and at the same time encourages a successful future for the hospitality industry.

In addition to Gretel Weiß (publisher of foodservice), who will present the eagerly awaited Top 100 Gastro Players in Germany, other industry experts are expected to speak. Katharina Hauke from Lieferando will take stock of the delivery business in Germany, Lars Eckardt from Paulaner Franchise & Consulting will speak on the topic of "Gastronomic export success - from Germany to the world with beer & Bavarian cuisine", Katleen Haefele (ProVeg) will talk about "Plant-based: popular & lucrative" and Klaus Schmäing (Burger King Germany) will report on how there is "success with green burgers". It is already clear that it will be a day full of inspiration and future knowledge. The complete programme and further information on registration can be found at:
