INTERNORGA 2026 is growing, and with it, the range of topics. New formats, more space for innovation and a newly structured hall offer perfect conditions for exchange and inspiration.
The focus is on the newly designed Hall B5: it will be home to an innovation cluster with Startups & Drinks, Future Food, the Newcomers Area, and What the Food! – by foodlab. The offering is complemented by the OFF THE RECORD: a place for meetings, focused work and expert talks by day; in the evening, the location for the INTERNORGA Afterwork Lounge on three evenings (Saturday to Monday).
At the same time, the new setup in Hall B4.OG will create additional space for restaurant and hotel furnishings. Visitors will find more inspiration than ever before in terms of design and ambience in a total of five halls.
This means that INTERNORGA 2026 will be spread across a total of six special fields with even more variety of topics and space for new ideas: from Food and Beverage (Halls A1, A3 and A4) to Restaurant and Hotel Equipment (Halls B1 to B4 EG and B4 OG) and Kitchen Technologies and Equipment (Halls B6 and B7) to Digital Solutions (Halls A2 and A3), Packaging & Delivery (Halls B2 and B3 OG) and Startups & Drinks (Hall B5).
