The future is now: Experience market-ready robotics at INTERNORGA 2026

Autonomous food and coffee stations or specialised service, cooking and cleaning robots are no longer a vision of the future. From 13 to 17 March at INTERNORGA 2026, you will experience more clearly than ever before the potential that robotics already offers for hospitality and food service today: as a response to the shortage of skilled staff, rising cost pressure and the desire for stable, efficient processes. Participating for the first time: the groundbreaking cooperation between goodBytz and Transgourmet.

Whether in the hotel industry, catering, bakeries or patisseries: the areas of application for robotics are particularly diverse in the hospitality and food service industry. At INTERNORGA 2026 from 13 to 17 March, the topic will be more present than ever and will be a driving force for the future across all exhibition areas. 

From the Innovation Hub to INTERNORGA 

Exclusively at INTERNORGA 2026, you can experience what the entire ‘automatic kitchen customer journey’ feels like. To this end, Transgourmet is bringing its showcase from its own Innovation Hub to the trade fair. Together with partners Menoovo, goodBytz, Robozän and foove, you can discover the ‘customer journey’ for both the catering industry and communal catering: from the meal concept with a robotically checked range, to ordering goods, digital guest ordering with storytelling, preparation, automatic serving and the personal finishing touches by the chef. Of course, you can sample the dishes cooked by the robot on site. 

The goodBytz cooking robot takes efficiency to a new level: it can prepare up to 3,000 dishes per day around the clock, developed by top chefs, with consistently high quality, regardless of staff shortages. 

In what will be a German premiere, the Robozän service robot will also be driving through Hall B5, taking orders from guests via its large ordering interface with Menoovo in the background. 

Robotics in many facets 

In 2026, more exhibitors than ever before will be represented at INTERNORGA with robotics-driven solutions, presenting ready-to-use applications for real-world challenges, from specialised robots to autonomous concepts. Automated cooking concepts from HandsOn Robotics and Vasteras Industri AB demonstrate how routines can be efficiently automated. In the service area, kamasys, Giovanni L. and KBS Gastrotechnik will demonstrate how service robots support teams, reduce walking distances and make processes more relaxed. Autonomous cleaning solutions from Nexaro ensure hygiene and cleanliness. Fully automated coffee and food stations from Shanghai Hi-Dolphin open up new sales formats. Digital solutions from Simpra and Hylab Media show how robotics can be usefully networked with POS systems, merchandise management and digital applications.
