NEW: Craft Coffee Area, hall B3 OG

Coffee can be a pick-me-up, a morning ritual or a comfort factor and for many coffee drinkers it is more than just a drink. For the first time this year, INTERNORGA will offer visitors their own exhibition area in the trendy environment, where everything revolves around the topic of coffee. The Craft Coffee Area connects restaurateurs, food retailers, bakers and hoteliers with innovative speciality roasters who roast their coffee individually with love and passion.

Craft Spirit Lounge, hall B4 OG

In the Craft Spirit Lounge, everything revolves around handcrafted spirits. In a relaxed atmosphere, enjoyment and passion for high-proof spirits are combined here and skilfully staged for visitors.

NEW: Digital highlights bundled in one hall, hall A2

For the first time, all the players in the future topic of 'digitalisation' will be bundled in one hall. Around 50 well-known national and international exhibitors as well as newcomers will present global digital trends and individual application possibilities on an enlarged area over five days. From cloud-based cash registers or merchandise management systems to automated duty scheduling and marketing tools, numerous innovations will be presented.

Newcomers Area: The place to be for all trend scouts, hall B4 OG

Around 20 up-and-coming companies present themselves to the large trade audience in Hamburg in the Newcomers Area. It remains to be seen who has the right nose, but one thing is certain: The range of products on offer this year is as inspiring and creative as the industry itself. Whether egg without chicken, the world's smallest ice cream parlour, hemp-based food, vegan tuna or sustainable workwear: The Newcomers Area is considered a "must see" and source of inspiration at INTERNORGA.

NEW: Outdoor and Beachworld: Chilling into the summer, hall B4 EG

Outdoor is the new indoor. For the first time, INTERNORGA presents the trend topic of outdoor gastronomy bundled in one hall. Suppliers and manufacturers in this segment will be showing innovations for all facets of outdoor gastronomy. From sun and wind protection systems to awnings and tents to outdoor furniture - the new outdoor area is the platform for discovering new ideas for catering and hotel terraces. In the adjacent new Beachworld, visitors can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the fair with drinks and snacks in a chilled-out area covering 360 m2.

NEW: Plenty of space for packaging & delivery, hall B1 OG

For the first time, INTERNORGA 2022 will present a new exhibition area around the topic of “Packaging & Delivery”. Promising start-ups as well as well-known companies from the industry in this segment will be exhibiting solutions and concepts relating to packaging and delivery in hall B1 OG and will thus be located in the immediate vicinity of the Food and Beverages theme area.

ProVeg: Competence centre: focus on veggie, central entrance OG

As the central information and competence centre for the topic of plant-based cuisine in gastronomy, the nutrition organisation ProVeg offers visitors comprehensive advice at the fair. Workshops and personal talks offer the opportunity to find out about trends and potentials of vegetarian and vegan dishes for large and small gastronomy. In addition, there will be tastings of purely plant-based cheese and vegan snacks.

Skywalk Tabel: Stylish walk, glass bridge between A and B halls

The spectacular Skywalk Table can be seen on the glass bridge for the entire duration of the trade fair and presents the latest trends in table tops. The products of well-known manufacturers are presented in an unusual way on a 50-meter-long table. In short: the perfect inspiration for the table decoration. The Skywalk table shows at a glance what will be trend-setting in crockery, cutlery & Co. in the future.
